World Fair Trade Day

Each year, on the second Saturday of May, World Fair Trade Day is celebrated. The main organizer of events is the International Fair Trade Association (IFAT).This allows more than 350 fair trade organizations from 70 countries all across the world to participate and to announce their participation in the trade fair. Fair trade is a social movement whose stated goal is to uphold international standards and public policies in relation to labeled and unlabelled goods The most attention is paid to the products exported from developing to developed countries.
