January 2020

International Hugging Day was first celebrated in the USA in 1986 as National Hugging Day. It soon spread all over the world. According to tradition you can hug a total stranger on this day. Students are believed to have initiated the festival. Psychologists believe that people who want to hug you want to experience the feeling of safety, comfort, and love. Hugs follow us throughout our lives. We hug friends and relatives when we meet with them, when we see them after a long absence, and when we just want to express our joy and gratitude. we need no money to observe International Hugging Day. All you need is warmth for anyone you like. By hugging your loved ones you remind them of your good attitude toward them.
