Michel Foucault’s birthday

Michel Foucault (15.10.1926 – 25.06.1984) was a French philosopher, cultural theory scholar, historian and one of the founders of structuralism. A scholar of humanitarian culture, medicine, psychiatry, and linguistics, Foucault was named one the most influential thinkers of the 20^th century. He died of AIDS.
