Rudyard Kipling (30.12.1865 – 18.01.1936) was an English writer and poet who was the first English writer to be awarded a Nobel Prize, in 1970. Rich with metaphor, Kipling’s language contributed to the English language heritage. His most famous books include the Book of Jungles, Kim and numerous poems.
