Rejoice Siziwe Twala

Business Development Manager (South Africa)

Rejoice Siziwe Twala is a Quality Manager for Umuzi Wesimanga and the director of Siziwe Consultancy t/a Pink Diamond and Pure Diamonds Skills Academy. She is a corporate Business Counselor with Seda and Image consultant trained by Colourworks International. In 2016 she has attended an EMPRETEC international training with Seda. She is an ETDP-SETA assessor: ATW42845.

She comes from the teaching background and had been a business consultant from 2002 and is currently pursuing her Project Management studies with the University of Southern Queensland (Australia). She acquired certificates in Business Plan Writing and SMME Management from Unisa (University Of South Africa). She is a specialist in the field of business plan developmentcorporate trainingbusiness counselingmentoring and image consulting. She is a network facilitator and service provider for SEDA and the DTI. She had been nominated as one of the DTI’s success stories in 2004.

As a trainer of trainers expect, in March 2012, she facilitated for the Department of Finance on Customer Service for the administration staff provincially. In 2011 she facilitated an Export Orientation Course in training of trainers programme for seda Business Advisors (employees) from all the nine provinces. She furthermore facilitated an energy-seta related learnership programme for Silulumanzi from October 2009 to March 2010 through LEDON. Between April and June 2010 she facilitated for the FIFA 2010 World Cup –Host City where she focused on Media Volunteers as well as Transport Volunteers.

She had facilitated for the Office of the Premier for the training of trainers on Managing Quality Services for the government’s different departments targeting senior and middle managers in 2008. She had also facilitated training of trainers for seda National Office where the targeted group comprised of Business Advisors nationally in June 2009. She served as secretary of the board for BUSHBUCKRIDGEWATER BOARD now RAND WATER FOR six months.

In December 2014 she co-facilitated an IDP strategic planning for the Emalahleni Local Municipality. Rejoice had organised an Enablis Expose for Mpumalanga SMME’s held at Nelspruit Hotel in 2013 and also facilitated for them -SMME developmental programmes for five months. For Mbombela Local Municipality she trained more than 500 co-operative members in poultry in 2012 and 2013. For Seda Siziwe had trained a countless number of co-ops in the all the municipalities in Mpumalanga.

She also adjudicated a Launchpad Business Plan competition through Seda in 2012. Currently she facilitates Business Management classes for free to more than 5000 followers on her Facebook page: Rejoice Twala.
